Horrible service at THE ESTUARY HOTEL & SPA

This hotel and Villa doesn't deserve the three star. I checked in on the 8th of may in villa 9 and was told not to drink the tap water there will be water provide. In the villa there was no water provided.I called reception about it they never brought it.

Another thing is my door had no key on it an arrival and it was not locked. They have no telephone in the villas the stupid thing is that they don't even provide they reception number to call i had to Google it. The three lady I spoke to the keep passing the phone around the saying maintenance will come look at the key issue they never did i called repeatedly i sleeped in with an unlocked door
