Horrible service at THE ESTUARY HOTEL & SPA
This hotel and Villa doesn't deserve the three star. I checked in on the 8th of may in villa 9 and was told not to drink the tap water there will be water provide. In the villa there was no water provided.I called reception about it they never brought it. Another thing is my door had no key on it an arrival and it was not locked. They have no telephone in the villas the stupid thing is that they don't even provide they reception number to call i had to Google it. The three lady I spoke to the keep passing the phone around the saying maintenance will come look at the key issue they never did i called repeatedly i sleeped in with an unlocked door

Clientele online service poor
I traveled out of the country and have an emergency that need my clientele lawyer but I can't reach them, they hiding behind automated robotic responding messengers, all they online digital platforms are taking me from pillar to post trying to reach them. Poor planning

sheep in a wolf skin, they will leave you to pay the third party from you pocket
I was involved in an accident; fault was not on my side. The other driver did not stop at the T junction collided into me. I was taking my two children to school my 5 yrs old son is injured from that accident. I am confident that I did not contribute in causing of the accident. car B driver she then referred me to her insurance (out surance) for third party claiming which after two weeks told me that my car is a write off and they rejecting my claim: After having reviewed the accident circumstances, we wish to confirm the following: • Our client was completing the intersection when you collided with our client’s vehicle. • You failed to keep a proper look out. • You failed to slow down or stop or take any evasive action to avoid the accident. We hereby refute liability on behalf of our insured and confirm that any further legal proceedings will be vehemently defended We are proceeding to close our file. My vision of the accident is that I was driving downhill at Queens RD towards Sam Han**** str and car B was stationary at the T junction waiting to turn in to Hospital str, I was aware of their driver who was on the phone (car B), the was two car in front of me which the one I was following took a left turn at the T junction that will show that I was not speeding and I was using brakes when necessary as we were go downhill, if i wasn’t I would have crushed in to the car that I was following after the car I was following took a left turn I let go of the brake being aware of car B which drove in to me turning left when I was to close to make any move to avoid it. The accident happen in my lane, how does that make their client write? out surance handled this claim unfairly
