I placed an order on 29 October 2025 and never received it. The tracking shows it was “delivered” on 31 October, yet I did not receive anything.
I sent Fieldbar an email which was ignored, and only after calling did someone say they’d get back to me — but no one has followed up since. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
I would like either a refund or for my order to be replaced immediately.
