I am still struggling to get my fridge to work. Today, it is 3 weeks later. 2 technicians attended to the same problem and the new thermostat is still not working. I cannot use my fridge because everything is frozen. I loose a lot of money due to that. I don't receive any feedback on when they will fix it. Worse service I ever received from a provider.
About 2 weeks ago, they informed me that they will replace the new thermostat with a Defy thermostat. It still didn't happen.
