Worst customer service
STAY AWAY.. This business "fixed" my fridge used parts that didnt even fit my fridge model, overgassed the fridge and charged me a fortune.As for the owner rude as ever and no customer service whatsoever!!

Worst customer service

Soon be banned in doing business
PLEASE BE AWARE I opened a case at the Onbudsman. The Fridge King was supposed to refund me a part of the money I paid to them, but they didn't. They will soon be banned in doing business.

HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL service from The Fridge King (from Kempton Park)
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Please go read the reviews of others too. VERY unprofessional and the fridge was not working again within a few weeks (exact same issue as before they "fixed" it - which means they didn't accurately fix it in my opinion). The person who worked on the fridge was very rude to my husband and our housekeeper during the service and also did not clean up after the service where he had made quite a mess while working on the fridge. When I called the owner a few weeks ago to inform him the fridge was not working again, he was rude and aggressive and has since not responded favourably. I would rather have no fridge than deal with this business ever again. Save your money and find a competent and professional service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Read the reviews of others too first. VERY unprofessional and the fridge was not working again within a few weeks (exact same issue as before they "fixed" it - which means they didn't accurately fix it in my opinion). The person who worked on the fridge was very rude to my partner during the service and also did not clean up after the service where he had made quite a mess while working on the fridge. Owner was aggressive and threatening after the service was provided when the fridge stopped working again and I called to discuss it. I am concerned to have them in my home again due to his threatening behaviour. IT seems as though the owner is not willing to honour the warranty without an argument. I would rather have no fridge than deal with this business ever again. Save your money and find a competent and professional service.

Unprofessional
I am still struggling to get my fridge to work. Today, it is 3 weeks later. 2 technicians attended to the same problem and the new thermostat is still not working. I cannot use my fridge because everything is frozen. I loose a lot of money due to that. I don't receive any feedback on when they will fix it. Worse service I ever received from a provider. About 2 weeks ago, they informed me that they will replace the new thermostat with a Defy thermostat. It still didn't happen.

Very unprofessional people
I made contact with The Fridge King on 24 May to assist with my fridge. Very eager, they sent a technician to me on the Saturday, 15 May. They replaced the thermostat (I even received a 12 months warrantee) and regas the fridge. The fridge freeze EVERYTHING - more than the freezer (double door Defy). Since the 31st of May I am trying to make an appointment for them to fix the problem, but they have LOTS of excuses. They actually agreed that they put in the incorrect thermostat and that it was supposed to be an original Defy one and that they will get the part to install it, but they still didn't attend. They don't answer my messages, nor phone calls. I cannot use my fridge. All my fresh produce is currently on the counters in my kitchen and I loose a lot of money. Please, please, please people. Don't use them. They are totally not reliable. When they attended in the first place, they made me do an immediate payment to them of R2 250 for the repairs. And now, they are mia.

Worse service I've I've ever had
We contacted The fridge king when we started having trouble with our fridge, they came in "fixed" our fridge, now our fridge is colder then our freezer. They wanted a immediate payment when leaving, ever since they were here our food in the fridge keeps freezing and they're refusing to come back out and fix their mistake. We've been trying to get them here since last week Wednesday.

Worse service I've I've ever had
We contacted The fridge king when we started having trouble with our fridge, they came in "fixed" our fridge, now our fridge is colder then our freezer. They wanted a immediate payment when leaving, ever since they were here our food in the fridge keeps freezing and they're refusing to come back out and fix their mistake. Don't ever use "The Fridge King" absolutely appalling, We tried to set up a call out and they agreed to a 9-10 appointed , only for them to message and say that they are running late at 11:50. We then told them that we are not at home, the owner then proceeds to message me saying "F*ck you and your poverty" "You will regret wasting my time". Absolutely disgusting behavior. Don't ever use "The Fridge King", bunch of *********** idiots.
