STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Please go read the reviews of others too. VERY unprofessional and the fridge was not working again within a few weeks (exact same issue as before they "fixed" it - which means they didn't accurately fix it in my opinion). The person who worked on the fridge was very rude to my husband and our housekeeper during the service and also did not clean up after the service where he had made quite a mess while working on the fridge. When I called the owner a few weeks ago to inform him the fridge was not working again, he was rude and aggressive and has since not responded favourably. I would rather have no fridge than deal with this business ever again. Save your money and find a competent and professional service.

Owner was aggressive and threatening after the service was provided when the fridge stopped working again and I called to discuss it. I am concerned to have them in my home again due to his threatening behaviour. IT seems as though the owner is not willing to honour the warranty without an argument. I would rather have no fridge than deal with this business ever again. Save your money and find a competent and professional service.
If you are deciding on a luxury brand to drive, please consider my experience. In 2022 we were very excited for our new GLE that we purchased. I wish someone had warned me before I chose Mercedes over other brands. On 1 January 2023, we had an accident in our vehicle. We booked the vehicle in for repairs that week and worked closely with our insurance on the process, who has approved all parts claimed but the parts do not get sent to SA from Mercedes Benz Germany. It has been FIVE MONTHS and my car is still not ready for me to drive. The only feedback that is offered is that Mercedes Benz has problems with their suppliers and cannot send the parts on time. I have received feedback from the panel-beaters and my insurance company stating that this is a big problem with Mercedes and all clients struggle to have parts delivered when needed. I am told it is a global issue with Mercedes. I am an only parent that can drive my child around to school and activities, and I have a full-time job, but after FIVE MONTHS, still do not have my car because Mercedes Benz could not provide the parts in a reasonable time. I have been in constant contact with Mercedes Benz since the incident but still do not have my car because the parts are not delivered. The only excuse Mercedes offered throughout this time, is that they have challenges with their suppliers (ongoing since 2022) and they cannot tell me how long parts will take. I have thus spent 5 months unsure of when I will have my car again.
<p>We visited Bakwena spa a few months ago using they special for a half day spa package and lunch. What an amazing spa day. All of the the******s were so professional and since I was pregnant, gave me only the best care and ensured I received the correct treatments safe for pregnancy. </p> <p>Food was good. Vibe was good. All round a great day. </p> <p>Other people have also told me of their wonderful experience there!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I have been trying to get hold of any Russell's store close to me to find out if they have stock of their internet advertised bed since last week Thursday. None of the online numbers work OR they go unanswered. After attempting to deal with the call agent at the customer care line, I was given FOUR numbers (3 of which do not work and say they no longer exist) and one to a store that doesn't have Russell's specials according to the lady at the store because they are "Sleep master" and not Russell's. The consultant at Customer care told me that their system also does not allow him to find out which store will have stock of the special I am looking for and he made no effort to assist my in any additional way other than give outdated numbers and insist that is all the system can provide me with. Most of the listed numbers online also seem to be outdated and "do not exist".</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very upset by the terrible customer service I received from customer care and even more upset that I am finding it near impossible to source a shop that can sell the special to me. </p>
