NO SERVICE

I placed orders over the weekend and made payment which got sent to their email address sales@thegiftfactory.co.za and I have been calling daily 087 803 0628 as per their website. Not only do they not answer the phone, they don't even respond to emails I sent regarding my orders.

How do these people run the business. Do they still exist? Does anyone know out there? They got email, phone and bank account but where is service?
