I recently had a disappointing experience with Glass Group. There was a clear discrepancy between the invoice I received and the document that was sent to my insurance. The version sent to them did not reflect the full details shown on mine, which raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty in how they conduct their business.
Despite this, I went ahead and paid the excess, but the lack of alignment in documentation and communication has left me with a negative impression. Situations like this undermine trust, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Glass Group based on my experience.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their transparency going forward
