I have placed order on the 11th April 2021 and made payment via payfast on the same day. I only received a part of the order and when I wanted to order alternative items I was informed that they by name of nico@ggstore.co.za will arrange a refund on the 20Th April after I phoned about the missing item., Since then I have sent 11 emails to the same person and even cc'd the mail to info@ggstore.co.za, most of them unanswered and the others with a the promise I will arrange for a refund. The managers telephone no. mentioned on the website remains unanswered and if you leave an message on the enquiries which no is busy all the time you are not afforded the courtesy of a reply
