Service beyond expectations.

I bought spike for my Footjoy shoes from Golfers Club Century City in Cape Town. I didn't have my shoes with me, but Albert gave me detailed instructions, warning me about not over-stressing the turn when I remove the old spikes in case they break. He even offered to meet me at Table Bay mall, (which was close to where i live and he stays) to help me if I couldn't get them out. I didn't have a problem on my own so didn't need his help, but the fact that he offered was priceless. He was so knowledgable, helpfull and pleasant. What an outstanding employee.
