Cape Town Branch - Telephone Please Help
My wife app**** for Irish Visa in May and interview went fine, but we have had no repsonse from VFS Global other than an SMS in May saying "Visa Application Received in PTA". That was in May and we fly out tomorrow and there is nobody we can phone at VFS Global just to see whats going on. Please Help

First time visiting this restaurant for my daughter’s birthday. The food was absolutely superb. Calamari and deep fried olives are a must. Jason was very welcoming when we anrrived and arranged a chalkboard happy birthday, really friendly and hospitable staff. Mo was a great waiter and together with Basil they insisted on buying us a drink to end the evening and celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Great food, great service, I will be back again. Excellent experience

Service beyond expectations.
I bought spike for my Footjoy shoes from Golfers Club Century City in Cape Town. I didn't have my shoes with me, but Albert gave me detailed instructions, warning me about not over-stressing the turn when I remove the old spikes in case they break. He even offered to meet me at Table Bay mall, (which was close to where i live and he stays) to help me if I couldn't get them out. I didn't have a problem on my own so didn't need his help, but the fact that he offered was priceless. He was so knowledgable, helpfull and pleasant. What an outstanding employee. Thank you Albert, you're a star

Durban checkin - Kodisha is a rockstar
Kodisha checked my wife and I in at Durban airport this morning. She is the friendliest check in counter clerk I have ever dealt with and I fly a LOT. She told me about how her name is made up from her parents names and was just such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Kodisha and we’ll done

It’s streaming is pathetic - buffers constantly
Terrible streaming platform. The Britbox servers can’t cope. On a 400mbs fibre connection it still buffers so much it takes 1 hour to watch what should take 30mins. Netflix is light years ahead of Britbox

Secure Chat is **********- doesn’t work
The secure chat functionality is a complete and utter waste of time. It was ales forever….I spent 43 minutes on their system trying to report card ***** and gave up….it must be a machine because there is no intelligence in the way they answer. USELESS

Peter Dirksen Insurance Brokers - the best insurance brokers I've dealt with.
I have Hollard policies through Peter Dirksen Insurance Brokers and the service from Suraya at Peter Dirksen brokers is simply outstanding. When I need to add a vehicle or asset, Jeremy and Suraya respond immediately and make my insurance life very easy. I recently had a claim and they sorted my claim out immediately. Their service levels are outstanding and this is why I have been with them for many years. Well done to Suraya, you are an absolute star.

Suspicious behaviour at Domestic Departure Security.
The security supervisor at Domestic Departures on shift at 13:55 was rude and aggressive, when I was being a Good Samaritan. I found a bag someone had forgotten after the metal detectors. I could see there was a telephone number on the tag. I tried to get the number to call the passenger (who I didn’t know) and the bald headed man in ACSA blazer who said he was the security supervisor told me to mind my own business! Why wouldn’t he try and help? He could’ve easily let me contact the poor customer who forgot their bag at the metal detectors, but was adamant I didn’t. He said “just leave it and mind your own business” Probably because he wanted the passenger to leave his bag at the airport so he could steal what was inside! Is this how we want people to treat each other….I’m sure if you forgot your bag at an Airport you’d want someone to help?

Great online buying experience.
I bought a used watch on Luxurytime. I was always skeptical about buying online without seeing the watch and I wondered whether the watch would arrive at all. I have never chatted with anyone at the company and my experience has been great. The watch is exactly as it was advertised, the packaging was superb and delivery was using Fedex overnight. I will definitely use them again - well done guys.

SCAM - BEWARE
Don't believe what you see on the website - its a scam. I ordered R9500 golf clubs and they sent me cheap alternatives instead of the ones advertised. Then they say they don't have stock of the correct ones, whilst they advertised that they had stock. Meanwhile they earn interest on your money and then refund you after a month. Don't believe what they say on their website about stock levels because they say they have stock when they don't so they can get your money. Always check your delivery because they will send you the wrong item hoping you won't notice. Its all a scam so they can keep your money for longer and earn interest, whilst you waste your personal time and effort in having to return goods because of their unethical trading standards.
