300% mark-up Rip-off

There was a music festival in Wakkerstroom over the weekend of the 21st-24th March 2019. at this event The Good Oaks wines had a stand for wine tasting and for people to buy their wines. I bought many cases of the wine only to find out afterwards that I had been ripped off on prices. The total R9306.00 for 9 cases of wine. Some of the wines were priced at R296 per bottle and in fact should have been R95 per bottle, this is some -what a 300% mark-up. I called the company via mobile phone and spoke to the Rep. (Ilse Kleynhans) and was assured and promised that a FULL REFUND would be made via an EFT into my bank account this was on the 29th March 2019. On a legal stand any sale made can be cancelled within a seven(7) working day period which was done. I mailed Ilse on Tuesday the 2nd April 2019 giving them until 12 noon today to do the refund, and thereafter take legal action. The refund was not done. This post will be aired on all social media local and Internationally by end of work tomorrow, should they fail to do the refund by then.
