Unable to provide simple service.

Absolutely atrocious service!

I have been attempting to arrange an event at this location for two weeks, calling the reception and visiting the store in person on numerous occasions, being assured of assistance and still have no follow up or details to show for it.

The administration of Good Oaks is non-existent. Either the reception is not passing on the message, or the management is incapable of providing a service that they have assured me they offer.

This is a pathetic establishment and this level of ineptitude call only lead to failure of the business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
