After two attempts to deliver a package, this courier was still unable to find the address. Shared a pin and verbally explained to the driver but they logged an incorrect address error. None of their support contact numbers work. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.
Ricky Naidu from Telkom Durban misrepresented a product and signed me up for a data package that was not what he advertised. Getting out of this agreement will cost me thousands of Rands. Be very careful when dealing with such criminals.
Incorrectly installed a private prepaid electricity meter on a rental property, bypassing the geyser and costing owner tens of thousands of Rands to repair and correct damages over several years.

Zara double charges the purchase amount and debits your account twice for each online order. This occurs without your consent or approval via your bank. The second amount is then "held" for 10 to 14 days until it is released back into your account. This is criminal. Contact your bank immediately to reverse the second charge. Zara should not be allowed to operate conducting such fraudulent activities.
This company cost me tens of thousands of Rands over two years. They used third party sub-contrcators who installed prepaid meters incorrectly (by passing the geyser) and this led to double billing durin the entire period. Their arrogant and incompetent director insisted that the installation was completed correctly, even after receiving reports from private contractors confirming otherwise. He went so far as to threaten myself, my family and tenants, leading to legal costs to myself in the process. This is a dangerous and destructive company that does not care about people or service provision. Save yourself money and stress by avoiding them entirely.
Absolutely atrocious service! I have been attempting to arrange an event at this location for two weeks, calling the reception and visiting the store in person on numerous occasions, being assured of assistance and still have no follow up or details to show for it. The administration of Good Oaks is non-existent. Either the reception is not passing on the message, or the management is incapable of providing a service that they have assured me they offer. This is a pathetic establishment and this level of ineptitude call only lead to failure of the business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Poor service. Slow response. Hidden costs that add to final amount. Slow or no delivery many weeks after paid purchase.
Items listed online not available. This company is happy to process payment and then attempt to replace unavailable items for your selected ones.
Absolutely atrocious customer service from the online store. Took more than a month after payment for delivery to be dispatched. Left my contact details with three different employees over three weeks requesting updates, no contact received. Avoid at all costs. AnimalGear will only cause frustration and inconvenience.
