Burnt food and chef did not care

Hi, i went to your restaurant on 14 Feb 2021 hoping to have an enjoyable dining experience however it was horrible. I initially ordered the Wings and then main course. Considering the wings were soo great, i ordered it again. Unfortunately after a long wait, it was brought to my table however it was burnt. I indicated that to the waiter and he put it down on the table and stated that its not and it will be ok. I thereafter tasted it and to my disappointment it infact had a burnt taste. I then called the waiter back and told him its definitely burnt. He took it back to the kitchen and after another long wait - he returned however the new set of wings did not look burnt but still had the burnt taste. I reported it to him again and was advised he will let the chef know to come out. After waiting for abit, we decided to leave as the chef never came out.

I am disappointed and it spoilt what was meant to be a good valentines lunch.
