Disappointed in your customer service

We have been a valued customer of the Hampshire Hotel for a few years now. I am so extremely disappointed in your service after our last visit which was not too long ago, our room was not cleaned properly, glasses not removed, no toilet paper, unfriendly staff and arrogant. After staying with you for years, I am sad to say that I will not be staying with you again.
