Poor service
Placed an online order through the Pick n Pay Bottles app but only half of the items on my order were delivered. Phoned customer service a few times only to be told the driver "forgot" to deliver the rest of the order and that they will phone me back to give me an update as to where the rest of the items are, did not even bother to phone me back. Pathetic, I will never ever buy from any Pick and Pay store again.

Poor Service
I am extremely disappointed in your customer service, really thought after cancelling my contract with Telkom and taking out a new contract with Vodacom, you would provide me with a better customer service, but obviously not. The day I took out the contract( which was two month ago already), everything was supposed to be disclosed with me and it was not, therefor my current number can not be ported due to your staff who never told me from day one, it firstly had to go over to prepaid and then they could port the number, we signed for the contract while I still had a contract with Telkom and now I can not port my current number!!! When we went back to the store, the gentlemen told us he had disclosed this with us after he did NOT and told us we will have to cancel the whole contract and take responsibility to settle this contract and that its our own fault, why were we not told in the first place that we must wait for the previous contract to go over to a prepaid before we can do anything???? Pathetic really...

Disappointed in your customer service
We have been a valued customer of the Hampshire Hotel for a few years now. I am so extremely disappointed in your service after our last visit which was not too long ago, our room was not cleaned properly, glasses not removed, no toilet paper, unfriendly staff and arrogant. After staying with you for years, I am sad to say that I will not be staying with you again.

<p>I am SO DISGUSTED with Telkom's service. I hardly ever have signal and your customer service is rude and SHOCKING. I cannot wait for my contract to end. I will not reffer anybody to you.</p>
