This company imports sweets and choclates from overseas and sells it here in south africa. I ordered choclates and when I received my order the choclates expiry date has passed. The choclates had worms in them.I contacted the owner and his wife for assistance they both promised to get back to me but never did.I would like to advise anyone purchasing any items from this company, please be careful. They are overpriced, terrible service.

I just discovered who was in my yard at 9pm last night. On Friday last week I hired some catering equipment from a company called the Happiness Factory in Kya Sands. I spoke to a lady named Sindi and confirmed with her that delivery and the subsequent pick up of their items should be on the Monday after 3 (3:30pm) when either my husband or I would be back from work. The equipment was delivered late on that Friday owing to the fact that the driver who was supposed to bring them dumped the stuff at another guys place without a word of where the items were headed and he was later called and told to deliver them to my house. On Monday after work I rushed home to meet with them and allow for them to collect their goods. No one pitched. I waited until 5pm after which I left the house to fetch hubby so we could go to the gym. I resolved that I would call the lady at 9am today to find out why nobody arrived yesterday to collect the items. This rude lady called me this morning to tell me that I am the one who wasn't home yesterday because her guys apparently arrived at 3:30pm and again at 5pm for collection. Apparently these jokers also arrived at 9pm which was round about the time I felt that there was someone in my yard throwing stones at my doors and windows and clanking some kind of steel object against my butlers on my doors. When I set off my house alarm this person ran out of my yard and I heard a car speed off shortly after. Now this lady is coercing me to go back to my house to open for these men to take their goods and seems to think that sending men to my house to jump over my fence and vandalise my property is an alright thing to do. I would like to advise people to never hire anything from Happiness Factory. The customer service is disgusting and they have no respect or regard for people's safety. This stupid woman even insisted that I was supposed to call her early in the morning before leaving for work so she could supposedly tell me to wait for her men to collect before I can go to work! She insists that I am making my problems hers when I explain to her that I am at work until after 3, because she needs to deliver chairs to another customer and the fact that her phone was flat yesterday and that she didn;t have the foresight to give one of her drivers my number to contact me when outside is excusable! DO NOT hire anything from these people, they are just plain ratchet!

Remember when you rent anything from Happiness Factory in Kya Sands to either pay COD or make sure you send POP promptly otherwise when you return their goods (in good order) you may find that your company driver is held hostage as they confiscate his personal documents (ID or driver's license) until you can prove payment. Working for a Customer Experience company - I have nevere experienced such appalling customer experience in my life!!!!!!!

Delivery was late, some equipment quite worn. Left a key item behind which means that we couldn't not use the heater (rental of R350). Still hasn't returned deposit and I can see from their Facebook page that I'm not the only customer with this issue. A pity as I really like to support small business
