Poor Service from Arena Holding Media

I tried since Monday 25 January to subsribe for the Herald and Weekend Post. Wilma Koopman send email with quotation only year subscription. No answers monthly or yearly she only assumed. After many e-mails and telephone calls, I still battle. Today I phone the PE Herald office, then they out me through to Wilma what a pitty. I do not want to deal with her because she is really not up to standard. I want to subscribe for the Herald monthly and for the Weekend Post yearly. She did not phone me to tell me I had to do a EFT transfer. I can not find the branchcode on the listed codes of the bank. All I want to do is to read the paper but what a battle to subscribe. If you subscribe to the Afrikaans Magazine or Rapport or Burger, it is a phone call away and you are subscribed. No hazzle or dazzle. Seems to me the Afrikaans people are more up to standard and updated.
