Useless Herald Live & Media 24,
What astound me about the media, ie. Herald Live, is how efficiently an article is publicized.eg. fraud, domestic violence. However, thats where it ends. No follow through. Yet they refer to themselves as "investigative journalists" I've seen heard & read so many articles about domestic violence, fraud during this covid period, but i've yet to read a follow-up on what the actual outcome was regarding these cases. Come on media, give us the epilogue. Wheres the cherry?

Poor Service from Arena Holding Media
I tried since Monday 25 January to subsribe for the Herald and Weekend Post. Wilma Koopman send email with quotation only year subscription. No answers monthly or yearly she only assumed. After many e-mails and telephone calls, I still battle. Today I phone the PE Herald office, then they out me through to Wilma what a pitty. I do not want to deal with her because she is really not up to standard. I want to subscribe for the Herald monthly and for the Weekend Post yearly. She did not phone me to tell me I had to do a EFT transfer. I can not find the branchcode on the listed codes of the bank. All I want to do is to read the paper but what a battle to subscribe. If you subscribe to the Afrikaans Magazine or Rapport or Burger, it is a phone call away and you are subscribed. No hazzle or dazzle. Seems to me the Afrikaans people are more up to standard and updated.

Heartless newspaper headline in the ladysmith herald.
So on the 5th of December we were involved in a single vehicle collision on the N3 about 8km after bergville toll. A week later a unprofessional article was written with false information and a very heartless headline. "Lady flung from vehicle dies" . No sympathy for our family who had to read that terrible article. I can't find their email anywhere

Weekend Post Subscription
Last year I did subscription for weekend post , send my details which were needed and the person was helping me confirmed that he received since then I never received the paper and I was worried that maybe they are dropping the paper at the wrong entrance . I called last week Friday and when they checked they couldn't get me on the system , they promised to call me back till today I'm still waiting for the call .
