I bought pants on the 27th of June I wore them twice and they were torn apart I came back from with my bums out I returned them now they saying they can't replace them coz it was their first time having a complain like that which is they are lying it also happened with my colleague and it was different pants my sin was not to lie coz I told the guy that was helping me that second time I wanted to wear them I saw a hole and sew them coz I wanted to wear them and I came back with my bums now they won't pay back because of that the price was +- R250 and i was helped by Harold Hendricks Cotton On Bay West Port Elizabeth I'm so disappointed wont ever go back to buy clothing at any Cotton On in SA
<p>I'm having a problem with my vodacom contract I'm on top up 350 and I was paying 689 February I received a call from a woman who said she's from Vodacom saying I can add R40 to what I'm paying so that I can receive 120 minutes extra come 1st March I only received 120 minutes only I called saying they must put me back on my top up 350 and the lady who helped me said they will be able to do that after the 7th of March I called on the 8th and they said it's done come 1st April I paid R729 and when I check my balance I got 400 minutes 7 50 mb and 400 sms I called it again same day the lady who helped said I'm on new package they no longer have that top up 350 yesterday I checked my balance I'm back on top up 350 now again I called a woman who disconnected my call with out helping me I'm asking why I paid 729 for March if I only received 120 minutes . Please help I'm tired of Vodacom </p>
<p>Someone used my account to order items without my knowledge and homechoice are taking time to investigate this is emailed them the affidavit and copy of my ID and this is reflecting badly on my credit report as it's already on arrears</p>
Last year I did subscription for weekend post , send my details which were needed and the person was helping me confirmed that he received since then I never received the paper and I was worried that maybe they are dropping the paper at the wrong entrance . I called last week Friday and when they checked they couldn't get me on the system , they promised to call me back till today I'm still waiting for the call .
On the 2nd January I posted something urgent via the lady who helped the goods will leave Monday morning and take 2 to 3 days to reach the destination which is Secunda to my surprise when I track It left Greenacres Monday evening and there are no more details except that when my partner called them , they can't even tell him where is it until they gave them head office number which they say the truck is still on the way to Sandton , when will it reach Secunda , what's the use of paying money to courier our staff , I Very disappointed with their services I won't ever used or suggest to someone to use them I don't even trust if my staff will reach the destination , I'm very worried it's better our troubled post office
I went for service after service I received an email stating my car was there and it was telling me my service plan is going ton expire 16 December 2015 which with me I was shocked coz with my understandingg its suppose to expire next year April 2016 , with the help from Wegege Chanel from Continental PE they said the made a mistake , but now I went there to fix something with my lights they email me again something saying is about to expire on the 17 January 2015 I don't know which is which if its a mistake again how they make those kinds of mistakes and to how many people they are making those mistake , I'm about to get a new car from them now Im worried if they make those mistakes . I'm losing trust with them
Hello Peter , how many times must I write to you before Vodacom sort my contract I wanted to upgrade today at Incredible Connections now they say I have poor payment profile so changes had to be implemented and profile to be adjusted which restricted me to what I want although they know my story and they said they sorted it out I think its better I cancel my contract . Thank you
Hello Peter , I had a complaint about Vodacom and I must say the way Vodacom handled it is out of my words , they went extra mile to help me now I'm a happy Vodacom client , I must mention Faz Gertse - Grammer who was always communicating with me via email and phone calls until my complaint was sorted , BIG UP to her . I pray that one day in my village Upper Lufutha , Cala we still stop having network problems because of the mountains because VODACOM IS THE BEST NETWORK (AYILELANGA) .
Hello Peter , I've got two contract one is the 3G which I didn't know if I use the 2gig and finish it they start to bill me and I ended up owing +-R8000 which I made arrangements to pay monthly , end May I paid R2000 and 11th July I paid another R2000 for end June Yesterday I received a call from a guy from vodacom asking about my account after that they cut my line but I made the arragements , is it the way they treat and value their customers coz when a fraud happed to my account due to their negligence I didn't cut ties with them but with me they do the opposite I think I must cut ties with them if they don't value me as their client.
Hello Peter , Was out of time and when I'm back now my Dstv is off I paid R400 before I went home and on my TV they gave me message saying I need to pay +- R116 , I paid R170 it's over 30 minutes now waiting for reconnection you call the call centre you can't even go through to a consultant it's only the machine saying once you pay electronically they will reconnect it with in 15 minutes , what's the use of having a call centre if it's useless I even tried via Internet its not user friendly . Multichoice it's so easy for them to switch your TV off while their services are not 100%
