**** don’t buy from them
Bought a console table on the 4th of May. At first I was told lead time is 4-6weeks but that cane and went and then I was told the order is ready they waiting for courier company to collect. Now they just ignoring my emails. This is company is clearly a ****. Ashley who runs the business is a ****mer don’t buy from them.

****MERS!!!
I'm WARNING every not to even think of using these people!!! They are such a big **** they took my R8 600 and never delivered up until this day and they've blocked me on they unregistered numbers. Their emails are ****, website ****, numbers **** I have reported for the website to be taken down because it's all just a LIE!! These people are ****** DOGS and I wish nothing but the worse to happen on them!!!

WARNING!! These people are ****mers of note and please DO NOT buy anything from them everything doesn’t exist from their landline, WhatsApp number to their email and even the person that responds to email “Ashley” is a ghost person. I ordered in April 17th and today marks a month and after paying the full amount they have vanished into thin air so please be warned this “Inner Circle” is a **** they take people’s monies even their Instagram page is not active and it a different logo. I wish I knew better but I will fight until I get my money back these bustards got the wrong person I will not go down without a winning fight!!! I will catch these assholes!!!

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THE INNER CIRCLE
This is possibly the worst service I have ever received. I ordered two lounge chairs online from The Inner Circle (on the recommendation of an interior designer) on the 23rd May 2023, and had to pay the full amount for the two chairs immediately for the order to be processed. I received a confirmation email stating that the chairs would be delivered by the 20th June at the latest. And then I heard nothing for weeks on end. My phone calls went to a number that goes straight to an answering service service, to which noone ever replies. My emails were left answered for days at a time. The owner of the company, Ashley, only responded to me once I had contacted my bank to lay a claim of ***** - sending me **** tracking details which showed that the chairs were simply never picked up, and then the courier was cancelled. Eventually, ONE chair was delivered on the 11th July - with Ashley responding that the other chair had been delivered to an incorrect address, and also damaged in the process. She promised to immediately make another chair and courier it to me, and then again simply stopped responding to all my enquiries. My bank eventually told me to go to SAPS and lay a charge of ***** against Ashley - and again, only when I notified her of my intention to do so, did she placate me by once again sending **** tracking details which were eventually cancelled. My email thread trying to communicate with Ashley totals over thirty emails trying to ascertain when the final chair would be delivered. It was delivered, broken, four days ago on the 21st August - three months after I had placed the order. I have once again tried to call and emailed Ashely three times since Monday notifying her of the broken chair delivery, and have to date not heard anything back. I am now sitting with two lounge chairs that cost me R10 500 to purchase, one of which is unusable and the other useless in our lounge standing alone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THE INNER CIRCLE FURNITURE company, unless you would like to be ********** and invite a huge amount of unnecessary stress into your life.

Suspicious Company
As I tried to pay via EFT/Secure Payment, I got an odd error message. After two unsuccessful tries to make a payment, I felt something is not right; did a research and found a lot of unhappy customers warning that this is a ****. The payment was not collected from me but I wouldn't risk placing an order with this company. https://theinnercircle.co.za/

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A ****!!!!
Do not ever buy from these people. They take your money and never deliver. Send ***** addresses, ***** courier guy waybills, they do not respond to emails or calls. and when you get frustrated they offer a refund then disappear. They have ****** R11k from me and I am not in the process with the police and discuss with ***** about their business and this ****.
