Best Valentine's day ever
<p>The whole experience was totally amazing. It was really a day to remember on such a special day, Valentine's Day how will we ever forget it, as I chose The Kelway Hotel as the place to propose to my Fiancé. They really made it extra special as they treated us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate the engagement. We were so surprised when we received a card to congratulate us and Shandré Main treated us to the Valentine's Day special for two. It honestly couldn't get any better. We were so appreciated it really topped our special day. Thank you so much and it's something that we as a couple will cherish for many years. Freindly staff and everything was just great, haven't got other words to describe how we felt.</p>

Best Valentine's day ever

Poor Service
<p>Me and my husband made a booking at the Kelway Hotel in Port Elizabeth online, I made a booking for a bath instead of a shower as I do not shower, we made our payment in full but when we got to the hotel they booked us into the room with a shower and not a bath, I then spoke to the reception on night duty and he told me that we will be moved the next day which is today the 27 may 2016, I went back to reception this morning to inquire about the move only to find out that if we want to move we have to pay extra for the room, we now stuck in a room with a shower which I'm not happy with, I think this is a nonsense story to get you to book a room (thinking you getting a bath) then turning around and saying no more standard rooms available with a bath, I think you should get what you booked, furthermore their beds are very hard and I'm not enjoying my stay,</p>
