Scam company?
Our pool pump we bought from them is faulty. They gave us their commitment many months ago that they would replace it as soon as they received stock. We have been trying to get hold of them for weeks by email and FB and nobody has had the courteousy of replying.
Watch out for this company.

We have several ways to get in contact: 0215340289 or support@thekidzone.co.za or info@intexsa.co.za. We have also checked our social media pages and there is no correspondence from you. We are not a SCAM company and I think it is very unfair that you would post such a comment on a public forum. Should you like to sort out your pump issue, please call the number given or send us your contact details so we can make contact. Should you have used any other details to correspond with us, please send this to us so we can investigate further. We unfortunately can not assist you with details from this post as they do not exist on any of our websites or platforms.

25 Oct 2021, 17:20I have emails going back to the 6th September to support@kidzone.co.za and orders@thekidzone.co.za. I also have tried calling the 021 phone number numerous times with no reply on that number. I have also sent a FB PM on 10 September. So please don't tell me that it is UNFAIR that I took to posting on Hello Peter, it seems to be the only time anybody ever got back to me!! Should you wish to see all this correspondence, send me an email address to forward all the correspondence to that I am talking about.
