Extremely unprofessional.. The owner shouldn't even be allowed access to my personal finances. To my knowledge income proof is required for the real estate agency, in this case Landlords International is the real estate agent who can make an informed decision based on documentation provided.

These guys clearly have no issues breaking the poppy act.
