Alex from The Makeout Team is a con artist. Do not use him!

DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

We used Alex from The Makeout Team (TMT) to install our fireplace. What a big mistake and a complete nightmare!! The guy is abrasive, inexperienced and is a short cut specialist. The installation was not done right and our primary concern was our safety. We had to call him back to fix the mess he made and involve the owner of Hydrofire because Alex was giving us the run around. Eventually we gave up as entire experience was so stressful. Our fireplace is still incomplete. No after service is done to check if the unit is working properly. We are now on our own to sort it out and complete the installation after paying so much money. DO NOT USE ALEX FROM ‘THE MAKEOUT TEAM’ (TMT) AND MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT.
