THE PROPERTY SPACE 4U TOP MARKETING IS JUST A ****
Trevor called me after spotting my ad in Private Property to advertise on Property24, Gumtree, TPN, IOL, etc This company is also known as The Property Space and Market Space, and 4U Top Marketing. They are based in Durban, but that is probably a lie as well. Just make sure you check with Property 24 before paying for any listing, because they are very convincing and smooth - they even send you a listing before you pay

Trevor called me after spotting my ad in Private Property to advertise on Property24, Gumtree, TPN, IOL, etc This company is also known as The Property Space and Market Space, and 4U Top Marketing. The Market Space Trevor ****
I listed my property for rent on Private Property and then received a call from Trevor from The Market Space stating that they are running a special and that he will list my property on Property 24 and various other platforms for R350. I pad the R350 over to a Thyme Bank account and then he disappeared. This is a ****, so please don't fall for it. So annoying that he seems legitimate and then you fall prey to his ****.

This company is a ****. They contacted me to sell me an advert on 5 platforms including property 24 for a rental property. As soon as I paid the a.ount there was no further contact. The ad never appeared and they also did not answer the number on which they called and whatsapped me.

Do not deal with this "company". This is a **** and you will never see your money again. Trevor (or so he called himself) offered to list our home on other platforms for a fee of about R900 and said that he will send us links from each of the following platforms where it will be listed ie Property24, ioL Property, ImmoAfria.net, TPN, within 48 hours. All the documents he sent looks legit, but I never received the links. He does not answer my calls or emails. Do NOT get involved with this so-called company. IT IS A **** AND NOTHING ELSE.
