We booked accommodation via Agoda in November 22 for the Maslow hotel in Pretoria for the 17th of December 22 and the accommodation was paid on the 19th November 22. We arrived at the hotel to check in and was advised the reservation was canceled due to no payment, my husband showed the receptionist that the payment was made on the 19th of November 22, he advised that we need to get in contact with Agoda, but he needs to put a hold on our credit card until this matter is resolved in order for us to book in. Instead there was no hold but another charge of R2000 and something. I've been back and forth with Agoda and The Maslow without any luck. They both sending me back and forth. I've emailed all the people they said I should and all I get from Agoda is we apologize. This is clearly that they both involved in sing people. We want our refund and make sure you get back to us ASAP!!!!
We will be taking up this matter with our lawyer
