I ordered in last week and the delivery date stated the item will be delivered on the 15th, I didn't receive a call instead it shows my address details isn't in full. Upon checking my address details is fine I decided to call the call center and was advised the item was delivered at a wrong branch, but what type of service is this that you don't contact the customer to advise what the issue is instead of making it seem that my details were wrong or the deliver guy called me and I didn't answer. I had to phone again and was advised to wait for day 3 which is tomorrow, I mean this was a gift and Father's day was yesterday. I'm truly not happy with this service
I ordered vellies as a Father's day gift in last week, when I arrived at collection the shoes were big I returned it, on collection on the 17th a size 13 arrived instead of a size 7. I phoned the office and the guy said he would send me an email and give me call back and that wasn't done. What the reason for the wrong size was I have no idea. On the app the delivery doesn't update nor the return process. I'm not sure what is happening with this order. Can I please have an update as it has become very frustrating
We booked accommodation via Agoda in November 22 for the Maslow hotel in Pretoria for the 17th of December 22 and the accommodation was paid on the 19th November 22. We arrived at the hotel to check in and was advised the reservation was canceled due to no payment, my husband showed the receptionist that the payment was made on the 19th of November 22, he advised that we need to get in contact with Agoda, but he needs to put a hold on our credit card until this matter is resolved in order for us to book in. Instead there was no hold but another charge of R2000 and something. I've been back and forth with Agoda and The Maslow without any luck. They both sending me back and forth. I've emailed all the people they said I should and all I get from Agoda is we apologize. This is clearly that they both involved in sing people. We want our refund and make sure you get back to us ASAP!!!! We will be taking up this matter with our lawyer

Good Day Ref 1383566217 I'm writing this email with pure disgust We've been back and forth with the medical aid since January, it's the same medical aid that decided they will be doing an non disclosure on me that took so long while I had to have an emergency operation, we had to pay the hospital bill cash and now we struggling to get full payment refunded. Speaking to Angelique this morning telling us I was charged a R500 late authorisation fee like I was the one doing the non disclosure on myself. From the R37000 hospital bill R6000 was paid and now a R17988. Me and my husband needs to keep phoning after you guys and receiving this don't care attitude. We are ready to cancel. Ever since this ordeal not once did hou receive no payment from us. Where have you seen the same hospital that's a network hospital for this medical aid is telling us now that the hospital charged above medical rates. Do any of you think first before actually giving us these answers. Good Day This is the worst medical aid, I fell I'll in December 2020. Needing to be in and out of hospital now that I have go for an operation they need to investigate. I mean we joined the medical aid in June 2020 and I had a waiting period of 3 months. So in September I could visit doctors etc. In December I fell I'll with all this they see the need to investigate now. It's sad how you treat the clients after they joined. I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone. I'm sitting at a hospital can't get a authorization this is the worst service ever. You don't think of us as clients that are now in I'll and can't get assistance.. Why didn't you do investigations before approving me for this medical aid...
So one of your acting team leaders called me. Was beyond clueless as to what all my issues were. Placed me on hold for a while and still didn't come back with proper feedback or any solution. I had to re-explain my problem to him again. I'm not sure why you making someone phone me if they don't even know where to start in the first place. So cancel all the deal I made with you guys. This service is beyond pathetic. I'm still sitting with a signal issue that I logged and got a reference to say the problem was resolved without anyone even getting into contact with me. Bad service is an understatement I would not recommend you guys to any one ever again I had asked him to call me back in 30 minutes yesterday as I had someone that needed to see me I sti waiting for a call back. Hi I've been phoning vodacom since yesterday morning. There was a lady by the name of Ntombi that assisted me nicely and said she woulr get back to. Still no call. I phoned back more than 6 times regarding an upgrade with a laptop and wifi. Ntombi told me the deal will be R399. I received an sms saying it's R508. I've been a Vodacom customer for over 10 years and by ripping a customer off like this is pathetic. I've asked for one of my contracts to be canceled I sent through the proof of payment and all other documents. I rather get transferred from pillar to post. I've escalated the bad signal in the Ennerdale area for almost over a month now still no feedback received. I'm sorry you can cancel the upgrade deal I will not pay R508 or anything. This is a rip off. I'm. Beyond discussed by the service I've received you!
