My wife and I bought a bed from The Mattress King Springfield, towards the end of 2022. In February 2023 we complained about the mattress sagging on all 4 sides. An assessment was done in February 2022. Keshnee then communicated with us and then went on leave with no Out-Of-Office response and that was the last we heard from her. Then throughout 2023 it was back and forth with Vani who took over our case. Finally at the beginning of December 2023, Vani calls my wife and tells her that they will be replacing the defective mattress the next Monday. After a couple more enquiries, it seems as Vani has also did a vanishing act on us. Once again we're stuck in the DARK, sleeping on a defective mattress. I would NOT recommend The Mattress King to anyone looking to buy a bed. Their after sales service is worse than Eskom's ability to generate power.
