From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and beautifully set up. The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and pays such attention to detail. Every time I leave, my nails look flawless and last perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their clients. The service is always relaxing, efficient, and consistently high quality. If you’re looking for gorgeous nails and a pampering experience, I can highly recommend The Nail Bar. I always leave feeling polished and spoiled! 💖

BOA Green Point service has been quite disappointing the few times I visited this Nail bar. - quality of nail polishes are really poor - thick, poor drying quality, bottles/colours often empty - nail technicians are not friendly at all - like they don't want to work there - and the last time I was there, food cooking smells and smoke filled the store and customers were left to sit in that smoke/smell. I asked for the aircon to be put on and nothing was done - I was left to cough and choke through my treatment. So disappointed and will not go back. Sorbet offers far better service and quality.

Pathetic service at Nail Bar Centre Point I had my nails done at the Nail Bar Centre Point in Thursday at 10:30Am. That evening around 10Pm my left index fingers nail cracked and after chipping, fell off completely. I then checked my other nails and most of them had cracks in them. 3 other nails came off that evening. After reporting this incident to the Owner of the Nail bar Vicky Hansson, I received no response whatsoever. Friday morning the manageress at the Nail Bar Louisa called me and butter could not melt in her mouth. I told her that I would be heavily reprimanded when arriving at work with my nails in that state, and would have to have them soaked off at work. She agreed and apologized again and said that before I soak off my nails I should take a picture so that she can show her boss. She then said whenever I am ready to come and redo my nails I should just give them a call to let them know that I am on my way. When I called them to confirm this, no one knew what I was talking about. The manageress on duty was no help at all. She told me she will confirm with Louisa and that I could come in, in the meantime because there is someone available to do my nails but I should come now because the technician will soon have another client. Upon my arrival the manageress was apparently on the telephone with the owner. The owner asked the manager how many times I had been to the salon, what seemed to me like she was trying to justify whether to correct THEIR POOR QUALITY OF WORK. The owner Vicky blatantly told me that she would not redo my nails nor give me a refund because the fact that I had to to soak of my nails at work was not their problem. This frustrates me to my core, because how many ladies experience this and is to soft to speak up? How many ladies need to be mortified infront of others for reporting poor quality work?

I just want to thank Vimbai and the receptionist at The nail bar centrepoint for their wonderful work, I highly recommend this business, very friendly lovely ladies, and my nails look beautiful. Thank you Vimbai will definitely be seeing you again
