Dear Clicks, Please can you not have male cashiers serving customers - it is really unpleasant dealing with male cashiers that want to chat and ask you about personal items you are purchasing. I would rather shop at Dischem who generally only have female cashiers - clearly Clicks hasn't figured out that this is better customer service seeing as most of your customers are female.
BOA Green Point service has been quite disappointing the few times I visited this Nail bar. - quality of nail polishes are really poor - thick, poor drying quality, bottles/colours often empty - nail technicians are not friendly at all - like they don't want to work there - and the last time I was there, food cooking smells and smoke filled the store and customers were left to sit in that smoke/smell. I asked for the aircon to be put on and nothing was done - I was left to cough and choke through my treatment. So disappointed and will not go back. Sorbet offers far better service and quality.
The Uber app does not allow you to select routes based on safety. It also changed the original route without my authorisation - I caught an uber from the airport to the city and when I accepted the trip the route was via N2 and Buitengracht street. During the trip, the app changed the route to go via Strand street and the CBD, which is often not safe, and I could not change the route back - I had to beg the uber driver to stay on N2 and butiengracht street. This is really unsafe especially for foreigners visiting SA.
I am so disappointed with Coricraft - I ordered a lounge set (couches and ottoman) online in a charcoal/grey colour (as shown in their picture on their website) but the products that were delivered to me are brown - you can distinctly see the difference. I contacted them the very next day to have the products returned - its now been 2 weeks and I've received such poor service and feedback from them. What I ordered as shown on their website is not what I received!!!
I ordered an item from Manicaa and I paid for it but was then informed by the company's Customer Service department that the item was no longer in stock and they will refund me. Its been 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded me. Its also impossible to call the customer service department because the call always gets cut. I am concerned that this is a fake business that is scamming people.
I purchased McAfee antivirus software from this company and they have not provided me with my product key so that I can access the software. I emailed them twice but have not received a response and they have no telephone number or business details on their website/Google. I cant seem to find any other way to contact them. I think this company is a fake.
