The worst company ever, if you know what's good for you do not even consider them. I gave up on my application after i read reviews about them and i also got an email that confirmed my application is closed. But guess what I need to pay for them to remove my so called "closed application" pathetic

I will unfortunately never recommend this company to anyone, as we have literally just lost our house due to our DC' negligence who was not even aware that our debt review application was dismissed in court, allowing the arrears on the bond to accumalate too high, which now forced us to sell our house. This company just gave us more stress and sleepless nights!!

I have to admit, I was initially really skeptical and honestly a bit worried I might not get the help I needed—or even worse, fall victim to a ****! But I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the very beginning, the NDRC provided nothing less than outstanding customer service. Even now, after the Debt Review removal process is complete, I’m still blown away by the dedication and care the entire team has shown. It’s clear that the NDRC is truly committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Navigating the debt review removal process can feel incredibly isolating, but thanks to the amazing team at NDRC, I never once felt alone. I always knew they had my back and were working tirelessly to take care of everything. I would also love to give a heartfelt thank you to Yolanda Esterhuizen, whose thoroughness and constant communication made such a difference. Even when external factors caused delays, Yolanda was ahead of it every step of the way, ensuring I was always informed and never left in the dark. I honestly don’t even know how to express my gratitude fully—I'm in awe of the wonderful staff at NDRC. Thank you all so much for being one of the few companies that truly cares about its clients. I never felt like just another customer—I felt like family. You’ve all made an incredible impact, and I’ll always be grateful for your support!

I needed help with this company to remove me from Debt review, i joined in December 2023 and i've been dealing with Lakheni who never responds to my follow up emails, i really don't understand how this works, i can't be treated like this while i paid R6900 for a service. I am starting to think that this company is a *****. No explaining as to why my case is taking this long. I've had 2 court dates and i'm sure their response will come with another court date

I'm sorry but I cannot be ignored any longer. I moved to NDRC thinking I would get help but I'm sitting here regretting my move. I approached NDRC for a clearance certificate, paid the fee on the 20th of December 2024, after that i requested a time frame, which I was told 21days. Since they opened in January 2025, I've had to communicate first on progress of my clearance certificate, either there was no response for days on end, either from Mishkah, the DC-Siba or the administrator, Ayakhe. Eventually when contact was made, i was told that I need to get my prescription letters, according to my knowledge prescription is automatic and I need to claim it, which I did, in October 2024 already. According to Regulation 19(5) a credit report is enough to be utilized by a DC when a clearance certificate is due. It is not a requirement in law to provide a prescription letter from a credit provider, it applies automatically. And then there's the issue according to them with my paid-up letters!! what issue!! everything is in black and white with clear understanding of account numbers, creditors. I moved here thinking I would be helped, but clearly i regret my decision.
