It's almost year with no feedback regarding the requested documents. The website query doesn't work. No one answers the call centre number. I have sent numerous emails to the initial consultant and the team leader but no feedback. I event sent an email to queriesrfa@nmg.co.za but still no feedback. The call back option doesn't work. Ke frustrated as I need those requested documents to submit to SARS. Been calling them since last year 2025 to date but still nothing.
