I got a sweater blue brand The North Face,as gift for Xmas the sweater was too big. I went to Canal walk branch with no receipt as I did not have as it was a gift. When I went into the store o told the sales person I got this as a gift I do not want the money juts a different size or something to ten same value. He looked at me with such anger and said no , no receipt no exchange. I told him it was a Xmas gift he said tale it to another store and try there. I was so shocked he was passing business away. I never been so humiliated in all my life. I mean if can treat me like that how does he treat other customers. He did not even look at the item it was not even worn once as it's too big. I mean how can someone exchange something as a gift if it's small or big. Am I supposed to tell the person that gave it to me WAIT I NEED THE RECEIPT lol how pathetic. I always but The North Face products as I believe in terms brand and quality. After this I need to look it's still worth my business. I want this sorted out.
