Excellent customer service and excellent quality products
Wow , that is what their slogan should read. I transferred money into a FNB bank account. I was supposed to get good s from the holders of the FNB account. I did not receive the goods. So I was scammed , I went to the nearest branch ro report the matter. A consultant told me SORRY SIR NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. I told the consultant surely they can pick up who's account it is and try and reverse the payment. Iran I transferred R2910 whig is alot money. I was so upset with FNB that I just walked out. I was a client of FNB way back o went overseas and closed my account. I was thinking of reopening my account with FNB. With this kind of excellent customer service I will definitely consider a different bank. Thank you FNB for restoring my confidence in your bank. Hoe can FNB not be able to trace the account it's their client a person needs a ID document to open an account and all the details the bank has so how can they deny a fraudulent transaction happen and do absolutely nothing. I guess coruption is everywhere , I am so disappointed and disgusted. I want this sorted out and I want my money back.
My dad bought a emergency survival kit for my hike I did Sunday. Not knowing I got me the exact same product he heard me talking about it and decided to buy it for me. He purchased it with his VISA CHEQUE CARD not a credit card ad he does not use credit cards. So I decided to go and return it and buy something else for me. So I went to the Canal walk store inside the mall. I went straight to the till told the gentleman that my dad bought it with his CHEQUE CARD not a credit card. The card transactions say Visa as it's a Visa Cheque card. The more I tell the sales person it's bought on a cash card. The reason I don't have the card with me is that my dad will know that I returned it, then it would hurt his feelings. This guy was so rude he said there is nothing he can do I can do what ever I liked he would not give me the cash. I told him he could see my ID and I would even bring the card with Satur day to show him. He wanted to hear nothing I never felt so humiliated as there was customers looking at me like I was a criminal. How can one be treated so bad and yet I always buy at the store and believe in the good prices. I want this sorted I want the money or I will take this further
Long story short , I could not purchase movies tickets online on two occasions hence me paying full price advised by a agent of Reality I will be refunded lol its been three weeks and I am yet to be refunded. I sent all the proof of purchase along with proof I received from the movies. I have no other information. Right , firstly I takes a million emails to get a reply. The I decide to call I get told I will be refunded lat Friday 8. Right waiting and waiting hey still no refund. I call only to get told oops not all the information was sent impossible I sent all the information I received from Nu Metro movies. How can you first say yes sir you will be refunded then do a total turn and reject it. I want my money back as this a ridiculous. That is all the receipts and proof I received from the movies.I want this sorted and I wnat my money. <br>
I got a sweater blue brand The North Face,as gift for Xmas the sweater was too big. I went to Canal walk branch with no receipt as I did not have as it was a gift. When I went into the store o told the sales person I got this as a gift I do not want the money juts a different size or something to ten same value. He looked at me with such anger and said no , no receipt no exchange. I told him it was a Xmas gift he said tale it to another store and try there. I was so shocked he was passing business away. I never been so humiliated in all my life. I mean if can treat me like that how does he treat other customers. He did not even look at the item it was not even worn once as it's too big. I mean how can someone exchange something as a gift if it's small or big. Am I supposed to tell the person that gave it to me WAIT I NEED THE RECEIPT lol how pathetic. I always but The North Face products as I believe in terms brand and quality. After this I need to look it's still worth my business. I want this sorted out.
Their slogan reads WHERE WE DO IT YOUR WAY!!! what a laughable concept. Why don't they send a consultant to your house and explain to you. Sir/madam , please make sure you have all photos of all items in your house. As we will check your personal bank account to see for affordability or if you really bought the items !!! I mean like seriously what is it was a gift, oh no we will then need the family or friends contact details who you got the gift from. Lol wow not even CSI is this interigating. I am sure they will make good CSI agents lol. I sit here and laugh at all the rediculous request. We are in the process of replacing all the stolen items ourselves. So we don't need Miway to take forever to sort this out. THANK you for nothing. I want all to know what you get yourself into before you take out Miway. MIWAY shul really send a consultant to clients house and explain all what is needed when claiming. Lol then you really see how many client you will sign up. My husband is so stressed with this claim everytime the phone rings his stomach goes into spasm. Is this really the way you treat your clients. I want to cancel if this is how we get treated like scum and criminals
Long story short, my house was burgled a few days ago. I called the police and logged a claim with Miway. I told them what happened spoke to a very empathetic agent who assisted me very well. I then received a call from a lady by the name of VALERIE KENNEMEYER who said she must meet with me at the place where the incident occurred. Not once did she say empathise with me and was so cold just told me she will fly down Monday I must take off fr work.Monday came she came in with this stinking attitude that she was convinced we were lyinging. Not going to go into all details but what a unpleasant experience. I want this to be on record that BEFORE YOU TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH MY MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR INVOICE AND PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE INTERIGATED LIKE YOU THE CRIMINAL. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS I feel so violated and in front of my kids. I would not recommend taking MIWAY unless you want to get treated like you the wrong one. Oh my word don't even get me started with that lady VALERIE KENNEMEYER OMG she was the worst person to deal. To this day I have not received a call from my own insurance company with regards to me and my family being ok after our lose.
I recently joined legalwise, when I realised that I have a 3 month waiting period. So I cancelled I received a sms stating my cancellation yet I still get debit for R80. I called the head office cancellation department. They said sorry sir you need ro cancell one month notice. I was like what no one told me this I still have not received my policy to read over it and if I had known this I would not have taken the Cover. I want my money back it may seem like a little but it also the priciple R80 must be refunded to me as all can see what crooks you people are !!!!! I want this nonsense sorted out you can't be this unfair. How could I have know this if I did not even receive my policy.
My dad bought baby formula Friday 23 October 2015, when he gave it to me I saw it was the wrong one . So obviously I could not use it and decided to take it back to the shop. As I stood there at returns counter I was told so rudely by this cashier that if I don't have a receipt she can't do anything. So I asked her what must I do with this wrong milk formula should I just give it to my baby and he becomes ill or should I throw it all out on the floor and waste it. She replied sir, you can do anything you like. I then by this time so so upset that I immediately asked for the manager. He came after ten min already so upset he just said no No slip no refund. I laughter I told him that I do not want a refund just exchange for the correct baby formula milk. I told him my father bought this and it was the wrong on. He was adiment there was nothing I could do. He had such a rude attitude and was so unhelpful that I told him I will not leave it like this. Which he the then replied I don't care who ever you tell I am not scared. I was so angry I did not take his name i know exactly how he loooks. As I shop there often and always see him. How unfair and pathetic os that customer services.
I recently joined Sanlam Essence Reality benefit. The start date I get a sms saying welcome to the Reality group your welcome pack will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks it's now two months and I am yet to receive my welcome pack and card. I called the call centre all they say sorry sir we can order you another card. Now I have to wait another two months. How Pathetic is that do they make these cards a d welcome pack overseas. I mean not even a curtoursy call or email letting me know what is happening. I mean the can see exactly who calls in all the time to find out. Unless they do not care about their customers. I even emailed yesterday and still nobody emails me back and tries and go the extra mile. End of the month they get their money hey no problem. What pathetic customer service now everyone can see how they treat their existing clients and future clients can be on the lookout for this.<br>
