Amazing Food and Service
The Northcliff Restaurant is ideal for a couple's romantic dinner. Great food and amazing service.

What an underwhelming experience!
If it wasn’t for the views and having booked the best room, I’d give it no stars… the receptionist and manager were extremely rude (even to my photographer), we reserved a table as instructed and they gave it away! High key racist place. My guest had to turn back by the gate because “it closed at 19:15 for all outside guests” and she got there at 19:30 so she wasn’t at my birthday dinner. The food we wanted on the menu was not available and it took until 20:45 for us to eat yet my guest was turned back and we were being rushed like kids to get to this dinner? The A/C “stopped working” then to top it all off when we were leaving, we were not allowed to take pictures outside coz there were lunch guests inside? AS IF WE HADN’T JUST CHECKED OUT AS GUEST! In the most expensive suite? Lol BYE! Never recommending it to anyone

The Northcliff Hotel is a Winner
These guys provide the most impeccable service. The rooms and food are equally magnificent. The views obviously just make the experience all the more worthwhile!! I cant wait until their spa is open.
