Sorbet Clearwater the worst in service, quality and knowledge of calculators and billing
Horrific Service and Terrible connectivity. My internet has been off for 2 days. Held on for support for 3 hours now...The App and on the line...NO SUPPORT!!! SHOCKING to say the least!!!

I am so disappointed!!! I called Mweb, once again for 20 minutes, while transferring me to sales, I got cut off. Must I now call AGAIN!!! I have a 200Mbps line but no internet! I have been calling Mweb since 25 January 2024 yet paying every month. Now I am being told it the router I have which is not suitable for the line...funny that is the router supp**** by MWEB!!! I have been paying for fibre, not getting any internet due to the router supp**** but MWEB!!! WOWWWWW I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED. CANNOT BELIEVE I AM STILL WITH MWEB
I am super disappointed and frustrated at the level of service MiWay offers. Noluthando drops the call as I am finalizing adding another vehicle. I am beyond peed off!!!!
The worst and most unprofessional service. You pay a deposit, don't get any feedback, try and make contact with no luck and when I cancel, I am being told I cant get my deposit back. I am concerned that schools associate them with this company!!! Shocking!!!!!!! To say the least
I have been emailing CIMA support since Feb 2023 on a weekly basis. This has been sent to johannesburg@theaicp-cima.com, Special Pathways, Exemptions Africa and I have had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Lindie from Exemptions have asked many times for someone to assist me as well, and again, no one replies. I cant register without feedback and this delays my studies. I am very disappointed in this level of service considering the fees we have to pay CIMA annually!

Khumalo Masondo Attorneys!!! How does the SABC appoint companies like that? They are incompetent, unprofessional and don't have a clue what they are doing! I see so many terrible reviews on Hello Peter about them yet SABC continues to use them...WOW!!!! I have been asking for months to rectify my statement as i have made payment last year which doesn't reflect and I sent them my proof of payment...still nothing and penalties and interest keeps on being added. Jessica Mofokeng, Head of Admin - I have been emailing her for month...NOTHING...hardly a reply! What to do?
