This service provider is bar far the worst. Unprofessional, the consultants feedback is always inconsistent. The fact that you have to repeat one case to many consultants is the absolute worst
Drip Shop My daughter recently shopped on their website. when i went to the website to check whether or not its legitimate i was horrified to see how other customer details (name and address) and details of purchase are on display for everyone to see. Given, the POPI Act, this is a gross violation of customer rights. The goods arrived (2 pairs of sneakers). The one pair was in an acceptable and good condition. The other pair however is far from an original Nike sneaker, the ribbing was already coming off the sneakers on receipt thereof. The overall quality is horrible. I called the number on the website and a very unprofessional person tried to assist me. I was told to send an email which i then proceeded to do. This was on 17 Jan. To date I have not received any email response and or acknowledgement of the email to address the return of the one pair of sneakers. i have tried calling and sending messages on the whatsapp line to no avail.
These guys provide the most impeccable service. The rooms and food are equally magnificent. The views obviously just make the experience all the more worthwhile!! I cant wait until their spa is open.
My sisters and i went to the Residence Spa on 23 Oct. We were met the most horrendous service. We were left unattended for 45 min; when we eventually went for our treatments the ladies seemed uninterested and behaved as if they were doing us a favour; we were repetitively burnt with hot stones, we had no eye masks and as a result had very awkward sessions When i called to complain the following week i was given the run around and have to date not been given an explanation, been reimbursed or an apology
