The worst most untrustworthy Company

Signed a Contract with the Office Guru in Early September 2017 for Fibre Internet lines the Sales Executive Stephen Badenhorst promised that the installation would take between 6 to 8 weeks. they installed APN phone lines and have bound me to a Contract with Centrafin for the Equipment but still today 22 January 2017 there is still no Fibre installed.

I have spoken to Jamie Taylor and Pieter koen who assured me they will handle this and get back to me but yet still no response. I have to Constantly Email, Phone and try to get a hold of someone to tell me what is going on, I asked to Cancel his contract in December and was told by Centrafin that I need to pay the full outstanding Contract Amount,

This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any Telephone supplier. I am considering going to the Ombudsman and get them involved in helping me get rid of this Contract and Company as I Feel that the Business Relationship is now beyond repair.
