Hi

My day started off at your spa , my day was lovely . 100/10 for them.

I then went for lunch at your restaurant. I got the worst service ever. I always come there for lunch , dinner and get good .

There was only 6 tables there but there service I got was as if you guys had a full house. I had to ask for my bill from 4 different waiters , I waited 20 minutes for my bill being ignored as if am there for a free meal maybe it was because am black . The table next to me were smoking vapes they were not told to stop clearly because they white . I don’t understand why people will be allowed to smoke where it’s not a smoking area

I am honestly disgusted but the treatment I got yesterday and I will tell anyone and who cares to listen about it .
