Hi My day started off at your spa , my day was lovely . 100/10 for them. I then went for lunch at your restaurant. I got the worst service ever. I always come there for lunch , dinner and get good . There was only 6 tables there but there service I got was as if you guys had a full house. I had to ask for my bill from 4 different waiters , I waited 20 minutes for my bill being ignored as if am there for a free meal maybe it was because am black . The table next to me were smoking vapes they were not told to stop clearly because they white . I don’t understand why people will be allowed to smoke where it’s not a smoking area I am honestly disgusted but the treatment I got yesterday and I will tell anyone and who cares to listen about it . I suggest you look at the footage from yesterday

Useless service at greenstone and their stupid market place . Deliver my order 000702217-B that was supposed to be delivered 15 may . Went to complain and greenstone store they could not even search and tell us where the item is and when it will be delivered. We spoke to a lady called Nomsa the manger of the market place which was even more useless than the ladies at delivery at green stone. Deliver before Wednesday or refund our money thanx
Please recalculate gas consumption , consumption and your management fees because there is no way . Day light ******* . I don't know why the ask how can they help if they cause the problems they debited my cheque card for a credit card on the wrong date. when I asked them to reverse the payment they tell me stories on how they cant reverse internal payments. its my money and I need to pay for something urgently the lack of service I got from KGOMOTSO MMABANE AND JESSSIE DLAMINI is disgusting they both gave me different date on my debit order date
