I have been in corporate training and consulting for 30 years. There's a saying - you know a good brand by the way they deal with complaints. In my case it was not a major complaint - just a niggle. Which I wrote on The Papery's website - contact sheet. I only half expected a reply and thought probably only within 48 hours.
