I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up from The Perfume Co. Africa. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on 8 October 2025, but on 9 October, I was informed that the courier had been hijacked. Since then, I have sent several emails and made phone calls, but I have not received any clear feedback or assistance.
On 22 October, I even went to the company’s office in Midrand, where I was told that a follow-up would be done, yet to date I have still not received any update, replacement, or refund.
This experience has caused a major inconvenience, as I have customers waiting for their orders and my business reputation is being affected. I had trusted the brand for its quality and professionalism, but this situation has left me very disappointed.
I sincerely hope that The Perfume Co. Africa will prioritise resolving this matter and provide feedback urgently.
