Am so disappointed at you guys , delays of orders it was my first time I joined because I wanna be better financial and help others again but you failed my from 2 February ntill 2 march no communication no order receive but you want us to maintain our account every month how so when you guys do me like that am so disappointed

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up from The Perfume Co. Africa. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on 8 October 2025, but on 9 October, I was informed that the courier had been hijacked. Since then, I have sent several emails and made phone calls, but I have not received any clear feedback or assistance. On 22 October, I even went to the company’s office in Midrand, where I was told that a follow-up would be done, yet to date I have still not received any update, replacement, or refund. This experience has caused a major inconvenience, as I have customers waiting for their orders and my business reputation is being affected. I had trusted the brand for its quality and professionalism, but this situation has left me very disappointed. I sincerely hope that The Perfume Co. Africa will prioritise resolving this matter and provide feedback urgently.

I ordered perfumes on the 28th of September and I have been following up on my order since .The employees are rude and they shout at clients .I called this morning the lady by the name of Chantelle dropped my call . I want my money back they don’t refund or give me my order I am soo frustrated. If you want stress sell these perfumes poor delivery service

I joined the perfumeco. Africa as I need to make some money to survive monthly. I wanted to become a reseller, I was asked to make a payment of R100 , which I did . This was 4 months ago . I also ordered some car perfumes to resell . When I completed form I was asked if I wanted to collect or if it must be couriered . I opted to pick up at one of the centres in Ferndale. I did not receive any communication once i made payment. I then sent POP and asked to be informed as to when i could collect. No response. I sent e mails numerous times , filled in contacts on the site. Called but always no answrr as the automated message says that call volumes are high , then line is cut. I sent more emails to ask for refund, no response! I dont know wgat else to do as im out of pocket and also dont gave my order. Is the company real? I am appalled at lack of service and communication . It feels like i have been ****med out of my money

I emailed their email address info@theperfumecoafrica.com, paystack@theperfumecoafrica.com on the 11,12,13 and 14th of August 2025 and I have been completely ignored and I am still waiting. It has now been more than 7 business days. I went through the necessary channels (sponsor) Rollins, nothing has been done this is unacceptable , can someone urgently assist.

This company takes money from the resellers and you will wait for your orders till you turn grey . There is no communication whatsoever their lines are not going through . I will never recommend this company to anyone . They do not care about the people that brings them money . They time to update on social networks but no time to update their customers . THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING !!!!!!!Employ more stuff if you must do not mislead people .
