I write this review in disappointment of the horrible service received from this company. I made 2 payments on the 4th of August 2025. The first one was to be onboarded as a member which cost me R99 and the second payment I made on the same day was R526.03 for 10 car perfumes. To date, I have not received feedback from The Perfume Co. Africa regarding my order, . This is after numerous attempts to call and email them to find out how far my order is. I emailed their email address info@theperfumecoafrica.com, paystack@theperfumecoafrica.com on the 11,12,13 and 14th of August 2025 and I have been completely ignored and I am still waiting. It has now been more than 7 business days. I went through the necessary channels (sponsor) Rollins, nothing has been done this is unacceptable , can someone urgently assist.

On the 5th I contacted MTN via their social media platform (twitter) enquiring as to why I was overcharged on my WiFi bill on the 4th July 2023. MTN debited an extra R572.70 incorrectly from my bank account. I started using the WiFi router in June 2023 and I paid a pro-rata fee of R373. When I had originally purchased the router was told that I will not be charged for the month of July and that I will only start getting charged R249 from August 2023. When I informed them of the extra charge of R572.70, they confirmed that they were in the wrong and requested that I send an email to *********** , which I did. I also attached the invoice they sent me to the query I sent to them on twitter. They said that they will add it to my next bill and I would not have to pay on the next run. I don't think I have ever been appalled by the level of service I received. Thinking that a company can bill me incorrectly in the middle of the month and then have the AUDASITY to tell me how they are going to use my money??? I then told them that they will not do with my money as they please , they must pay me back. They have not refunded me until today hence I am taking action. Can I get assistance urgently thanks. No body has contacted me, since my previous review, how bad can a service provider be?

I made an online order for a table 2 weeks ago and was sent confirmation that it was Shipped a week after my order. I tried several follow-ups however I have still not heard anything. When I try to get through to the whatsapp service platform they offer, nobody gets back to me. It's pretty useless if you ask me. So I would like to know if Mr Price home is going to deliver on what I ordered, or keep my money for themselves?
I am underwhelmed by the service I got from Game, Mall of the South, on the 23 January 2021 I bought a Hisense Built-in Solid Hob and the sales representative by the name of Given Mofokeng promised to order the product from their warehouse as they did not have any stock I then did a follow-up call on the 25th of January 2021 and I was told she was on lunch, however she failed to get back to me. Furthermore I went to the store on the 30th of January to check on my order as I had heard nothing from Given Mofokeng and I still do not have my Hob I would like someone to please assist me as I would also like to make lunch. Good day I called in to find out the update regarding my building insurance policy with Absa I direct I first spoke to a lady named Lungi(call time between 11:10 and 11:30) who told me that I could be covered with Santam as there have been some policies that have migrated to Santam. This come as a shock to me because I have not been sent a policy schedule confirming this. The phone got cut off without me being assisted. Now this one is the cherry in top and needs to be addressed. I then called in the second time and spoke to a lady named Lebo (call time between 11:30 and 12:15) and she greeted me briefly and abruptly put me on hold. When she got back onto the phone she did not assist me, instead she transferred me back to the main menu, where I had to reselect the options. She had said she is transferring me to HOC. This is unacceptable service, negligent, and unprofessional and needs to be dealt with. Can someone urgently assist me with my policy so that I may know the way forward. Regards, Onkgoditse
I logged a query on 24th June 2020 with Standard bank the glen to recall monies paid into the incorrect account a lady by the name Nobuntu Vilakazi assisted me over the phone and said that I should fill in a recall form in order to be assisted. I filled out the forms and sent them to her electronically but she has not responded. I have since sent a formal complaint to the Standard bank complaints department and have not heard from them either. This is frustrating as well because when I queue outside Standard Bank the Glen mall, I stand outside for hours with no assistance.
This is the worst furniture shop I have dealt with and I would not recommend it to anyone, besides the poor workmanship of a sofa I bought from them, I was sent an invoice stating that my balance to complete my debit order is 150 and without communication they debited 250. I had to enquire why they debited that amount because they had not communicated. Their explanation was flawed. STOP trying to make a quick buck off of people!! I will stick to service providers like coricraft as their products are good quality.
