These people don't communicate with you we have canceled lte, moved to new address got fiber, 4200 went off our account took money early. Not everyone gets paid early in December. Don't they have to arrange and ask for permission.
Worst service ever, I don't know what happened to multichoice. My husband went on to self service to find out how much we have to pay for August . The lady assisted him said it was 495 he paid 500. 2nd of August dstv was disconnected. He phoned again agent told him an offer was loaded re connected us again. We asked her if it's been shorted out and she said yes all shorted only have to pay end of August for September. Guess what we have been disconnected again. Today they told us that we need to pay outstanding amount. Is there any agents at DSTV that knows what they doing. Asked them to speak with manager still waiting for them to call back. This is worst agent serving ever

Very bad service I had to follow up my order after a month of placing order, then was told waiting for some suppliers to ship . I had to follow up every week and al they say still waiting no eta I then cancelled my order as for this has had negative impact on my small business… Still waiting for my refund as I have to source these items somewhere els now..
I bought phones from them I wanted to cancel my order then was told they chat me 15% if I cancelled I got my phone which I thought it was Samsung phones but they are not I have asked to return them but no response, I can’t even sell these phones they are so bad
Bad service from account my payment was not allocated accordingly as some one could not do the allocation now my account has bee. Suspended, I use the internet to work now I lost a days income for people being *********** in doing there work, how long will it take before my account will be in suspended…. Can some refer another service provider this is just not how I want to do business
I bought x 2 Refurbished Samsung Ultra 22 from website. I wanted to cancel cause they took long, was told they will charge 15% of price. I then said go forward with order. I received my phones today when I opened them something was off. I did 2 test to see if they are real bought failed *#0*# that takes you to phone menu showed no service, *#6*# which gives you phones barcode gave 2 diff numbers… Which means they are misleading and I got counterfeit phones not real Samsung. I want a full refund or will take them to consumers for selling counterfeit goods…. Needless to say I have been ****med. So disappointed really… They should be removed and not be selling🤬🤬🤬
