I am so ****ed with this bank , I have a personal loan that debited twice. I called in to report it and was advise a ticket was logged , I followed up today biut was told my the eta is the 18th , how is it possible I need my money to buy my childs chrismas clothes and feels soo incovienced
I ordered perfumes on the 28th of September and I have been following up on my order since .The employees are rude and they shout at clients .I called this morning the lady by the name of Chantelle dropped my call . I want my money back they don’t refund or give me my order I am soo frustrated. If you want stress sell these perfumes poor delivery service
If there was a 0 star I would give ABSA bank. I have been running from pillar to post with their consultants, I app**** to get my late mothers money 4 months ago and I was advised to submit letter of authority , death ,both out ID’ s and my bank details the funds will be processed after 2 months on the 3rd month I followed up and was advised the documents were never submitted I went to submit again and nothing happed, I received emails that I should go open a estate late account I went to pier 14 branch and I was advised that it is R500 and the required documentation.I went back again to be advised that my mothers surnames are different on ID and death , the lady refused to open the account. My mom is a divorcee and never changed her surname in home affairs they allowed us to claim policy with the same documents but all of a sudden now they can’t use those documents to give us out moms money ? I don’t recommend association with this bank . Poor communication from staff I am not sure whether their consultants are not well trained to advise correct information
I am soo disappointed with absa , I went to the branch to claim for my late mothers money that was on her bank account I submitted all documentation required and followed up after 2 months which was End of September the claim was submitted in July in Motherwell branch, I was advised to bring the same documents so it can be re submitted. I was advised that I bring my bank statement too.Till now I haven’t received any funds from ABSA I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend them
I am writing extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Superbalist, I have made an error of address on my order and I saw it immediately after processing my order on the 23rd of September I called in spoke to an agent that said there is nothing they can do . I called in Monday spoke to a Latitha.J that seemed a bit helpful than others and advised me to call in yesterday when my order arrived in PE .I did so yesterday and she advised she arranged with a branch for me to collect there. This morning I got an sms that my order is out for delivery ,that time I already sent someone to pick my order at the branch they were told that my order is out on delivery they can’t call the driver if my parcel is accepted at the branch I Loose it .What a company , I want nothing to do with them ever again I don’t even want the sneaker at this point I want my money back
I am writing this review crying , I am really gaatvol with standard bank , There is a company deducting my money named "REFDES.NET. debiting huge amounts out of my bank account. And currently I am locked out of my account by standard bank my salary locked there I am unable to do anything for myself and my kids .I am moving to FNB because of the horrible service.I have been getting from the company employees. I am living far away from home and cannot go to the branch .I can only be able to go middle September when I am off . what are we going to eat in the mean time . These incidents have been happening to my close people now its me . I beg that you leave this ***** of a bank otherwise your turn is coming
I am not happy with Nedbank Motherwell branch service ,it is month end and there are 3 tellers which are also slow and talking instead of working , they take 40 min to assist 1 person because they are talking to each other .When I have to come to this branch I get frustrated because I know I have to stay the entire day people are tired of this branch Needs to do something
Bought a laptop Lenovo from MTN greenacres on the 26th of May 2023 ,the laptop was super slow from the moment I got it and I couldn’t return it cos I was not available on the 20th of June came to the store ad was advised to book it on with a technician of which they advised me that the issue is not covered on the warranty,It’s not even one month and I haven’t even paid for the contract the consultants are not helpful they are sending me to external technicians to pay at my expense and one just told me with the price of the Lenovo it’s bound to be slow is that even fair , ??
Today I am not here to fight , just want to applause Buffalo for the exceptional service , ordered on shein on the 1st of February and today is the 9th of Feb and I got my parcel. From China to PE.
I have ordered Christmas clothes from shein on the 25th of November , and my clothes have been in transit for 2weeks no movement , i was supposed to be getting the clothes this week but I doubt if they will even make it for Christmas , I am soo disappoint and want nothing to do with shein ever. I have been trying to call buffalo the number doesn't even ring
