Great Service
We have used Isiah in our complex for a number of years and even did a comparison and found that he is the best: 1. Always on time and turns up when he says he will (this is such a benefit) 2. Efficient 3. Cost Effective 4. Always get more than you asked for. I would really recommend this company.

TERRIBLE, HE CAME SPRAYING IN 2018, ANTS NEVER WENT, HAD TO BEG HIM AND BEG HIM R1100, THEN 2019 PAID HIM R900, HE CAME AGAIN, BUT EVENTUALLY AFTER MONTHS BEGGGING AND BEGGING, HE CAME ABOUT A MONTH AGO, HIS GUYS WAITED FOR THE CASH, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT,,, NO RECEIPT, HE CARRY ON LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH, AND HE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT USE ANT STUFF, HE SAID SOMEONE BROUGHT SOMETHING ELSE, HE WILL WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO STOP, THE LAST RAIN , NEVER CAME.... Poor Pest Control
Contracted the company to spray my home to get rid of ants. They completed the job, wanted payment immediately (which was done). I requested a receipt and guarantee notice (one year workmanship guarantee) which they have not given me as yet. The next week the ants appeared again and I called the company to complain and several times after that. Each time Louis promises to come and redo the job and supply me with my receipt and guarantee. Three months have now elapsed and he has not responded. Lies all the time

The Pest Control Group Louis van Buuren
BAD SERVICE. Louis van Buuren over promise and under deliver. After a few times that I had to phone him (even before he was paid) he came out to my house and put poison sachets in my roof. This did not work and the rat plague was even worse. I paid him his fee of R800. I called him several times and he always has an excuse. It's always "call me on Monday", and then when you call he either don't answer or promise he will be there this week. Which doesn't happen. My rat plague is worse than ever and he just couldn't care less. He got his money and that is all that counts. What ever you do, DO NOT do business with Louis.

Louis van Buuren from the alleged company " The Pest Control Group" is a scammer. He was very friendly in answering our phone call about white ants (rysmiere) He came out the following day and sprayed the whole garden and drlled holes next to the jacuzi where there were a big problem. He was supposed to do a follow up treatment, which never happened. My son and I phoned him numerous times and he either did not answer his phone or promised to phone back ,which of cause never happened I wrote him a Whatsupp message saying that I do not beleive a word he is saying anymore. He replied saying that he was sorry and had a lot of other excuses. He promised to definitly come out the following monday. Surprice!!!!!!! he did not come,phone or did anything. I have more white ants (rysmiere) comming out from beneath my jacuzi than ever before (buckets full) I do not beleive that he did anything about my "rysmiere" problem. He is according to me a scam artist and I will let as many people as possible know about him. I have found numerous complaints about him stating his name and surname. Please people, beware of this fraudster.

Scamster and fraudster Paid him money received invoice Every day since then when I did research on whereabouts of my vehicle or pannel van purchased, he has an excuse or the vehicle is at another location. Last month when i asked for papers he said there is no papers after he told me the vehicle is on the road and road worthy, overalled, serviced etc. i asked for pic of licence disk, he avoided me continuously. He is a compulsive liar and always have excuses for everything... Be careful, dont open yourself up as the next target! I do not even think he has a pest control business for he sits at home daily Never saw his vehicles He told me that even his own mother removed him from his old family business which was Pretoria Beton in Pretoria North. But one never know if words out of his mouth is true...

We bought a vehicle from the owner of this company Louis Lewis Van Buuren, paid over the amount of R22 000 into his bank account only to find out that this vehicle has no papers and is not legal!! He is a big scammer and he has alot of excuses and stories!! Don’t do any business with this guy and save yourself the pain and financial loss that we have suffered!! This is fraud.

We bought a vehicle from the owner of this company Louis Lewis Van Buuren, paid over the amount of R22 000 into his bank account only to find out that this vehicle has no papers and is not legal!! He is a big scammer and he has alot of excuses and stories!! Don’t do any business with this guy and save yourself the pain and financial loss that we have suffered!! This is fraud.
