Oneplan Customer Care
Excellent customer services, timely payment to service providers, and 24/7 assistance after hours during emergencies. It is just a pleasure to have my fur children insured by them. The OnePlan representative, Reabetsoe Letsatsi, was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, I were also assisted with a quick response and supportive attitude, and all claims and enquiries were sorted within a day. Thank you it is highly appreciated.

Unsatisfactory and extremely disapointed service and customer care from Dollar Thrifty
I was driving in a thunderstorm not knowing my whereabouts in the Bergvliet suburb of Cape Town from my late wife’s memorial, I drove 40 km/h, a vehicle approached from the front on the wrong side of the road the visibility was very bad, the road surface was wet and streams of water running, I was looking on my gps to navigate, as I focussed on the road and the vehicle approaching from the front, I jerked the car to the right to avoid head on collision, and drove over a boulder / rock. Thrifty now want to make me pay for all the damages on the vehicle although I rented the vehicle with an upgrade to their super waiver. The damages is quoted over a R100k I thought al these car rentals has their own insurance? And I am willing to pay the waiver/access but they want me to first pay a double standard waiver of approximately R26k then another amount of approximately R80k. And then a waiver amount of R11k on a diffirent invoice. The claimed that a standard waiver is for collision with no third parties and a super waiver is for colission when third party is involved… 🤔? I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the outcome of their handling and claim in such circumstances! So if a pedestrian ran over the road and I swirfed out not to hit the pedestrian to avoid severe injury or fatality and hit a rock, I am responsible for the damages…? Does Dollar Thrifty have insurance at all??? Is this how they take money from customers, then they must close doors, for they know there is risk when renting out a vehicle to a customer but seems they dont provide protection for risk or any insurance of any such circumstances. My client and us use to make use of Dollar Thrifty, but this will surely be the last time, we will now rather pay more and make use of other car rentals for our client and entourage. Be carefull if you rent from them, I have all the terms and conditions and highlighted the terms and conditions which is in contrast with each other. Good luck Thrifty, but my employer and our clients will be advised to use other rental companies!

Scam and unknown subscription...
I wish immediate cancellation for this is an unethical transaction and subscription! Cancel with immediate effect any thing to do with your organisation and or third parties! I was under impression by your consultant that I must apply to get a loan for my business! I was informed by your consultant that I do not qualify for a loan neither did I get a loan, but still you want fees by me for what service? For what loan? Is this how you are stealing from south african citizens? If they dont qualify for a loan, you however still subtract fees from them for no help at all or no service at all! This is a scam and one receive no benefits at all, no help towards a loan for business or anything else, yet you tell me I owe and make me feel like a criminal… This is absurd, and I can not believe anyone can take money from us middle class in this fashion. Cancel my name from your system and stop threatening me and my family with e-mails where you threaten and harass me by making me feel guilty that I owe you money for nothing I attempted a few mails, no reply! I attempted numerous phone calls but line is busy and we have to hold for up to hour and then suddenly line is dropped.

Louis Lewis van Buuren - Conman and Fraudster
Scamster and fraudster Paid him money received invoice Every day since then when I did research on whereabouts of my vehicle or pannel van purchased, he has an excuse or the vehicle is at another location. Last month when i asked for papers he said there is no papers after he told me the vehicle is on the road and road worthy, overalled, serviced etc. i asked for pic of licence disk, he avoided me continuously. He is a compulsive liar and always have excuses for everything... Be careful, dont open yourself up as the next target! I do not even think he has a pest control business for he sits at home daily Never saw his vehicles He told me that even his own mother removed him from his old family business which was Pretoria Beton in Pretoria North. But one never know if words out of his mouth is true...
